Miguel Valdez has over 20 years of dedicated service at the Rubidoux Community Services District, where he has progressed from Utility Maintenance Worker I to Director of Operations since 2019. His career reflects a strong commitment to water management and community well-being.

Holding an Associate of Science degree in Water Supply Technology, Miguel is certified as an Environmental Compliance Inspector Grade 1, Water Distribution Operator Grade D4, and Water Treatment Operator Grade T2. These qualifications underscore his expertise in ensuring regulatory compliance, particularly vital for serving the District.

As Director of Operations, Miguel oversees critical infrastructure upgrades and enhancements, focusing on providing clean, reliable, and sustainable water for residents. His collaborative leadership style promotes teamwork among District staff.

Outside of work, Miguel enjoys camping with his family, embracing the outdoors and the importance of clean water in nature. His journey exemplifies dedication to improving the District’s water services while setting a high standard for operational excellence.
