Jaclyn Makarzec joined the Rubidoux Community Services District (RCSD) in January 2025.  She is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California with about 8 years of experience in water, sewer, and recycled water projects.  She has directly supported RCSD’s Engineering and Operations Teams since the end of 2020.  Her experience includes planning, design, construction management, and project management; and has participated in the following projects: pipelines, pump stations, wells, wellhead disinfection, reservoirs, detention basins, hydraulic modeling, plan checking, and coordination with State and Local Governments. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State Polytechnic University Pomona and multiple Associate’s Degrees in Biological and Physical Sciences and Mathematics.  Jaclyn looks forward to contributing to RCSD’s robust, safe, and reliable service to customers. 

When she is not working to keep essential services in good working order, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, woodworking, and pottery.
