Pursuant to California Water Code Section 20202, the Board of Directors review their stipend rates annually. The current stipend paid to a Board of Director is $155.13 per day for each day's attendance at regular, special, continued and/or emergency meeting and $63.81 for each standing committee, ad hoc, and workshop meeting up to a maximum of ten (10) service days during any calendar month for all aggregate meetings in attendance at the stipend rates stated in Sections 2, 3, and 4 herin.
